Terms and Conditions

Here at ActionSnappers we want you to be happy with your purchase so we endeavour to maintain high levels of service and have tried to make our site user friendly.

We have set out our terms and conditions below to allow all trading to be transparent.

Payment

All prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD).

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. Payments can also be made using your debit or credit card through this service.

Please contact us if you prefer to pay by bank transfer.

Delivery and Dispatch

ActionSnappers will deliver worldwide for a flat rate of $10.00 . All items are dispatched via standard post.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. (Please contact us if you have an urgent order and we will do our best to meet your deadline.)

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 7 working days of this email, then please notify us.

Returns

All our photos are carefully packaged before dispatch. If they arrive damaged please contact us within 3 working days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order via email. Providing the photo is in its original condition we will arrange for a refund on return of the photo.

Please note this refund does not include the return postage costs.

The entire copyright in the photographs is retained by Mike Everard at ActionSnappers Photography at all times throughout the world.

Data Protection

All payments are made through PayPal which is a reputable, secure, online payment company.

We only require enough personal information to process your order and your details will not be shared with any third parties. ActionSnappers do not store your personal details online. Neither do PayPal inform us of your bank details.
